We’ve been busy this summer and summer has just arrived:

Of course we’ve had Wimbledon and the World Cup (England finished fourth) and the TourD’France is still going on. But, while we’ve had lots of entertainment we have also been working hard managing the rehabilitation of two properties. We have managed the work teams to completely refresh two single family homes. One is complete (in Tampa) and we have already gone under contract. The other is almost finished and it is in one of the most beautiful locations in Lutz. (Cul de sac, conservation and private pond). What’s make this work so rewarding is we have assembled an (almost) all British team of craftsmen who have the skill and the imagination to do virtually everything to bring a property back-to-life. Painting, tile work, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, pool services, interior design, carpentry, cement work, carpeting and flooring. I’ve enjoyed this work. It's what I did in Boston. And my almost all -Brit team is ready for another project. If your thinking about selling you might need some refreshment before you list.
