Sheena was a general contractor in Boston and brings a wealth of experience in residential new construction. In 2017 Sheena and Bob led their Brokerage in new home sales. With Sheena’s experience she can help you through the challenging process of building your new home and making hundreds of design decisions.  There are more than 25 first line builders building new communities all over Tampa Bay. In Wesley Chapel alone there are more than 15 new communities under construction. Sheena and Bob can help you identify the community best suited to meet your goals all dimensions. They will be with you from start to finish while working directly with the Builder to negotiate incentives and monitor performance.
